At Creativeflow Jewelry Design & Repair, in Tampa Florida, we repair gold, platinum and silver jewelry.

We do abide by the four “C”s of jewelry repair protocol:

1. The Condition

   Each item brought in for repair is photographed, labeled, diagnosed and polished. Each repair item is checked in its entirety for exposure to the elements, defects, deformities, depreciation, damage and gemstone/diamond condition etc.

2. The Cause

   We will ask the customer, what might have happened to this piece of jewelry?

   Family heirloom jewelry may have porosity inside the metal, causing the jewelry to have a lack of strength due to its age.

   At Creativeflow, we prefer to replace an entire prong (on any ring brought in) as opposed to retipping prongs. Prong replacement allows for a more secure repair job.

3. The Correction

   Once the “Correction” or “Repair Plan” is decided on, the customer is contacted along with a quote range.

4. The Confirmation

   “Confirmation” is the go ahead authorization from the customer approving the repair to be completed.
